Residential e-design, furnishings, sourcing and remodel selections shaped through material, proportion and atmosphere.
What to expect

02
A purposeful mix of contemporary forms, expressive materials and character.
03
Defined scope and project-specific guidance before design work begins.
Services
Haus of Sylvie works with homeowners who want professional perspective without the structure of a traditional full-service firm. Every engagement is tailored to the room, home and decisions at hand.
01
Remote design direction for a room or defined scope, with flexibility to implement on your own timeline.
Depending on scope: concept direction, space planning, furniture layouts, sourcing, material palettes, styling recommendations and shoppable specifications.
02
Furniture, fixtures and equipment selected as a composition—not a matched set.
Thoughtful sourcing across furniture, rugs, decorative lighting, mirrors, art direction, window treatment direction, accessories and finish coordination.
03
Design direction for the materials and fixtures that give a renovation visual coherence.
May include flooring, tile, countertops, cabinetry finishes, hardware, plumbing fixture direction, paint, wall finishes and lighting. Architectural, engineering and construction services are not provided.
